Are you the one?

Dear friends, I am looking for two more people to join my team. One test automation/QA engineer and one PHP developer.

Here is what I desire from the candidates, quoting from the “Getting Real” book:

I need people who are passionate about what they do. People who care about their craft – and actually think of it as a craft. People who take pride in their work, regardless of the monetary reward involved. People who sweat the details even if 95% of folks don’t know the difference. People who want to build something great and won’t settle for less. People who need people.

Are you the one I am looking for? Please send me your CV and list everything you have done so far within two weeks from now to kemas@ntoni.us. You don’t have to be ‘super’ geek or nerd. Just be yourself, be able to act and behave gracefully, have nimble mind, be willing to learn and share, and get along with the team. I am not posting the job requirements here as you should know what we expect from the position. Standard ones. At least 3-4 years experience in the position is though required.
